I used it as a base because i can't draw in the proper naruto style and it's my first time using my drawing tablet. plus i don't have a program to colour this so  
I want to make it clear that she is not a sibling to Sasuke, Itachi or Obito. may change her from an Uchiha though but right now i have some things planned for her so idk :/
